Congratulations on your purchase of a Fleenor Security Central Station-monitored system. We have explained to you that our installed products carry a one-year parts and ninety-day labor warranty. Many Customers want an after sales service agreement that protects them from unanticipated "out-of-pocket" expenditures after the warranty term. We offer that in terms of a nominally-priced, automatically renewing, two-year Maintenance Agreement, covering all parts and labor cost resulting from repair/replacement activity. The only things not covered are damages caused by vandalism, abuse, or Acts of God, and battery replacement.
Fleenor Security also offers System Inspection Service which involves our Service Technician visiting you once per year for the purpose of thoroughly testing every device in your system to ensure proper operation. This is an inexpensive way of keeping a peace of mind that your intrusion and fire detection systems are working as they should; your family depends on it!

Warranties and Servicing
Here at Fleenor Security, we want you to know that you will be taken care of after the job is done. If you have a monitored system, we recommend you perform regular tests to verify that your system can communicate with our central station but if you would like us to perform this service please contact our service department. Beyond that, we offer service agreements, extended warranties, and we are always happy to upgrade a system if you want more features in the future.
