Our state-of-the-art, multiple route fiber-connected monitoring station is located in Johnson City, Tennessee. It has both local and redundant operation in the event of power failure, network outage, an/or major catastrophe.

The Central Station uses advanced computer equipment, which is connected to your life safety system, typically via the telephone network. When your system senses an alarm condition, a signal is delivered to our Central Station in a matter of seconds. We employ methods internally which allow us to quickly validate alarm signals before dispatching the appropriate authorities(police, fire, rescue).

We monitor most brands of security and fire detection systems. We offer complimentary service hook-up if you are not currently monitored by a Central Station.
