We currently have openings for:

Central Station Dispatcher - responsible for responding to inbound security system alarm messages and contacting regional 911 authorities and others for action as required.  Must be willing to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, have a high school degree or GED equivalent, be able to interact with customers and authorities, often in stressful situations, and be skilled in the use of computers and be capable of being trained in computerized central station dispatch software. Must pass pre-employment drug screening.

Sales Representative – responsible for calling on residential and small commercial prospects, developing sales opportunities through cold-calling, and managing the relationship-based sales process through to a successful conclusion. Must have a highly developed understanding and knowledge of applied consultative sales, well-developed communication and presentation skills, with a minimum of two years demonstrated sales experience. Must pass pre-employment drug screening and State and Federal background checks.  

Service Technician – responsible for diagnosing and repairing electronic security, life safety, access control, video surveillance, intercom/paging, and other low-voltage residential and commercial systems. Must be able to work independently while following Company policies and procedures; interact professionally with Customers; Company staff, and vendor technical support personnel; possess excellent written communication skills; lift and carry 40 lbs.; climb ladders and scaffolding; and operate lifts. Must possess a valid driver's license and pass all pre-employment drug screening and State and Federal background checks.    

Installation Technician – responsible for installing electronic security, life safety, access control, video surveillance, intercom/paging, and other low-voltage residential and commercial systems. Must be able to work independently while following Company policies and procedures; interact professionally with Customers; Company staff, and vendor technical support personnel; possess excellent written communication skills; lift and carry 40 lbs.; climb ladders and scaffolding; and operate lifts. Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass all pre-employment drug screening and State and Federal background checks.

Installation Technician Helper – responsible for taking direction from a Lead Technician to install electronic security, life safety, access control, video surveillance, intercom/paging, and other low-voltage residential and commercial systems. Must be able to interact professionally with customers and company staff; possess excellent written communication skills; lift and carry 40 lbs.; climb ladders and scaffolding; and operate all types of hand tools. Must possess a valid driver’s license and pass all pre-employment drug screening and State and Federal background checks.
